i bought a 1981 ford f-100 from my step-father. does anyone know if ford lists the available options (like engine specs, trans specs, etc.) for those models on their web-site or do i have to go to a dealership to find out?

ford may still have some listings up,,on there site for this info,,if they don't you might find what your looking for in the owners manual for one of the trucks for that year,,it will list all the options that was available for that truck in that year,,this is actually the best way to find out what your wanting to know,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.
