I am tired of putting money into a car that everytime you get it fixed something else goes wrong. My car is a 2001 and I have no warranty. What should I do?

It is the year really. 2000 and 2001 are infamous for problems. We have a 2004 and we have really no problems out of the ordinary. Havent had it in the shop much at all. But they have had more time to iron out the bugs.
I would suggest that you check with a Ford Dealer to make sure that all open recalls have been done on your car. There were alot of safety issues with these years from what my friendly neighborhood mechanic has told me.

most ford vehicles have alot of problems. you should get a chevy or a dodge if you dont want an export.

i'd trade it in soon as possible for something like a chevy malibu or impala, or an import like a honda, acura, a nissan maxima or something like that

trade it in for an import. much more reliable. Honda's and toyota's are probably your best bet.
