Check ebay for a lug nut bolt circle converter/adapter. It converts the bolt circle of one rim to fit another rim. Make sure that you have clearances to use the f150 rims. If the wheels/rims have a different sized diameter (15" to 16") you will have to get new wheels/rims. Also, make sure you get the correct tire size so that they will not rub or bind. Best of luck.

i would say just buy rims NOT from a f-150 that are made for your ranger. this will make your truck last longer cuz of the less complexity stuff being put in with all of those conversion kits . and its easier anyway. i did have my friend try putting his 2000 f-150 rims on my 2004 ranger and it all fits nicelly, they both were the 5 lug rims. but just make sure if they do fit if u want to try it buy just measuring your lug pattern buy measure from one lug to the opposite side between the two lugs( if it was an even amount of lugs (4,6,8) then just measure from lug to lug on opposite sides). for ur truck it might be like EX. 5 5.5" . now measure the f-150 and hopefully its the same specs. just also keep in mind of how big the lug holes are too( i never had problems with the size of the lug holes).

hap8983 is correct. The bolt circle size is different. Adapter rings or different wheels are your easiest options. Otherwise, you will need to have rear axles & front hubs replaced with conversion kit which is probably more expensive than the cost of new wheels.

bolt patterns are different between the two. check with a salvage yard or parts store or even your local ford dealer
