How much is a 99 Crown Vic Police Interceptor worth?

I've got a 99' crown vic police interceptor, and I'm wanting to sell it. I've got a guy interested, but don't know a price to tell him. Its in good condition. Has 167k miles on the tranny. But the engine only has about 75k. It was taken out of another cop car that was rear ended so they took the engine out of it and put it in here. It has full tinted windows, ac and heat work fine. I'm also including 4 Cobra Mustang rims, the 4 stock cop rims, 2 ten inch 1100w Sony subs, a Pioneer power amp, and a Pioneer Super Tuner III D stereo. If anyone knows how much this is worth, or at least an estimate, that would be great.

I trust Charles on first steps, yet does not bounce to a blown head gasket end. also, i have considered the internals of the water pump start up to positioned on (the impeller) which motives decreased performance of the pump. that can make sense on your case because the cooling device seems to not paintings at low speed. So, water pump might want to nicely be achievable. also, have a glance to make certain your fan is all in operating order and is blowing at the same time as idling. i'm not certain about the ninety 9 crown vic, yet some vehicles have an electric powered seize on the fan. that would want to also reason overheating in basic terms at the same time as idling as you'll nonetheless get cooling action at the same time as transferring.
