a Tighten sequentially in three steps: 20 Nm (15 lb-ft), 40 Nm (29 lb-ft) and 50 Nm (37 lb-ft). In sequence, one at a time, loosen each bolt two or three revolutions. Tighten long bolts to 15-25 Nm (11-19 lb-ft), then an additional 85-95 degrees (1/4 turn). Tighten short bolts to 10-20 Nm (7-15 lb-ft), then an additional 85-95 degrees (1/4 turn). Go to next bolt in sequence.

putting on usually start inside, go opposing sides and work your way out. Taking off is just the opposite, just a rule of thumb, if not go to the local Barnes and Nobles and look it up
