Should I buy a Ford Festiva?

I am unsure the year, but it costs $250 and appears to be in perfect condition. It is also a stick-shift.

I may be selling my Escort, and profiting.

I wonder if there is anything i should know about a Ford Festiva. I have heard they are great cars.

And I am talking about a Festiva, not an Aspire.

Thanks.

It depends on the car's history-no matter what year. Does it have proof of regular maintenance-you know, oil change every 3000 miles, etc.? Who was driving it? I'd let a reputable mechanic look it over even though it's only $250.00.

I bought one and made a "drag racer" out of it. It ran 12's in the quarter.
