The 2014 Ford Focus SE definitely came equipped with an Auxiliary Audio Input And USB With External Media Control.

Refer to your owner's manual for usage.

Looking at a review of the 2014 Focus SE, it appears to be lower right in a steering wheel control cluster - see the photo here:

Does if have the controls as in the photo, with the "speech" icon? If not the bluetooth/voice module may not be installed. Without that option, the same button is radio band select, or something like that.

On a very similar one I've driven that does not have the lower control sections in the steering wheel, just pressing the right-hand OK button cycles through input or band modes.

Pairing or unpairing phones on that was via the Menu button on the audio head unit.

If your phone is already paired to the car, just starting the media player on the phone should also start the bluetooth music link.

On my own Ford that has voice control, you can do everything via normal controls as well, the voice command stuff is purely a convenience.

If your car doesn't have the steering wheel control button, you CAN'T do that! It wasn't standard equipment in ALL Ford Focus models.

It's obvious that you don't have that feature
