Hi! I have Ford Focus and seems like phone button doesn't work on my car.
I've searched a little bit on internet but I can't really find the solution.
I don't see Sync logo on my car either.
how could I connect my phone to Focus.
Thanks and Happy Holiday!!

Common issue. The button is standard fit but not operational in all models. Same in my kuga. Dealer or private can fit blue tooth .

Hi, Sei -

All of the steering wheel and radio controls are the same regardless if your vehicle is equipped with SYNC or not. Seeing NO PHONE is a good indication that you don't have this feature. For conformation, contact our In-Vehicle Technology Team with your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) handy at: 800-392-FORD (prompts 1 & 3).

They're available Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. & Sunday, 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.

"no Phone" means your car does not have Bluetooth. The Sync system would offer that but it's not on your car.

You can buy an aftermarket Bluetooth kit that will allow you to talk hands free. They can be connected to your car's speakers. Some kits can use your steering wheel controls.
