You could try a Ford dealer. They may be able to cut you a new set of keys from the VIN number. You would need a copy of your vehicle registration and a picture ID. However they may not be able to do this on a vehicle this old. So I would make a telephone call to the Ford dealer service department first. If the dealership can do this you will have a new set of keys in a matter of minutes. This costs more than a duplicate key made in the department store. This is because you will get a new key, not a duplicate. But this would be your most inexpensive fix.
The next possibility would be to contact a locksmith. They would have the skills and tools to make a new key. This would cost more but you would have your truck going the same day.
The last choice would be to have the locks removed and replace with new locks. The steering column lock is a pain in the behind to change. This would be your most expensive alternative.
