I hate to think how much it would cost to have done professionally. The steering mechanism would need to be "mirror imaged," pedal linkages extended and/or master brake cylinder relocated, dashboard reversed, which will probably involve having to buy completely new trim or trying to fabricate something which will never be the same as the original. Then there might a whole load more little issues you would wish to address, e.g. if you have power windows with controls on the driver's door, would you want to move them over to the other side so that you can still operate all the windows?

Frankly, I would forget about it. Besides, while countries such as Australia effectively ban most LHD vehicles from their roads, having left-hand drive in Britain isn't a problem for most people. Certainly not worth the cost of trying to convert a car to RHD.
