i locked the keys in my ford festiva?

Question

i have a ford festiva 97 model, 2 door hackback. we have been trying to unlock it as the keys are inside? any ideas?!! the toyots camry we did a few times and can always break it in...

A couple of other people here mentioned a slim jim. If you can get that into the window, then you won't have to worry about getting to the door locks. I borrowed my friend's Explorer once and managed to lock his keys inside and luckily I left the driver's window slightly opened. Just get the slim jim to the door handle and pull. On Fords, the front doors unlock if you pull the handle. Same thing with Chrysler products.

think of a friend who looks the most criminal and call him/her up.They normally know what to do :) .I locked my keys in my car once and guess what,he knew how to open the door :P



And a police officer would probably help you out too!

oh man, you can break into those things with a can opener and flat head screw driver.

I'd leave them in there as your obviously not meant to be left in charge of a car.
